Mission Statement
What are you doing when you get there? We are dedicated to providing
the best customer service - our customers are our business. In addition
to the standard tour packages we also offer custom designed travel
itineraries and personally arranged events, based on your individual
travel profile, that are extremely affordable. Our years of experience
and expertise will make your next trip memorable and enjoyable.
Manny Lagod, President
Born and raised in Hawaii, Manny went into the Army right after
high school, and was transferred to the Air Force shortly afterwards.
As a Staff Sergeant, he toured the country with a group called the
Aliis. This same group caught the attention of Don Ho, and they
were signed on to become his backup group. Manny played the sax,
bass & flute and recorded with Don Ho on most of Don's earlier recording,
including "Tiny Bubbles", which was a big hit around the world.
He has arranged many golf and fishing packages for
the last 10 years. Manny has also owned several businesses - a restaurant
and showroom at the Biltmore Hotel in Waikiki, and a real estate
company called Elite Properties, Inc. In addition, he was personal
manager to Barry Kim at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, did briefings
for travel companies in Waikiki, and was an entertainment booking
agent for the Inter-Island Resorts Hotel chain.
He has performed his own shows in Southern California
and Las Vegas and currently resides in Southern California with
his family.
Helen Lagod, Vice President
Helen was born in New York and raised in New York, Georgia and Florida.
She has traveled extensively throughout the US, Canada, Mexico and
the Caribbean. She also designs travel brochures, flyers and newsletters
informing travelers of destination events and attractions.
While in college, she spent several summers as a
tour operator and guide. After graduation, she became a travel agent,
and has experience arranging trips for both leisure and corporate
clients. Helen works with travelers to create a travel profile that
details needs, preferences and special requirements - this profile
is then used to design affordable, relaxed and enjoyable trips for
travel clients. She and Manny live in Southern California.
